Do you ship products?
No, all of our products are digital downloads, so there’s no physical shipping involved! Your order will be available for download shortly after purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we work to deliver your digital order quickly, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, all orders are final.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Our digital orders are processed instantly, allowing you to download your custom pet animation shortly after purchase. During high-demand times, please allow a few extra minutes for delivery.
What if I don’t receive my digital download?
If you don’t receive your download link within an hour of purchase, please contact us at support@petsthetic.com. We’ll make sure you receive your order promptly.
Can I request a refund?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. However, if there’s an issue with your download, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
